Zone3 Hand paddle for swimming Power Stroke

Each paddle has a fluorescent orange panel on the thumb area to allow the swimmer to focus on their technique and ensure that it is the thumb/forefinger that enters the water at premier. This is an important point technique to ensure that the hand enters the water with the least amount of resistance and that the rest of the hand enters smoothly while rotating the shoulders and hips.

The paddles are made of polypropylene, making them extremely durable, lightweight and flexible. A raised area on the palm helps support the natural shape of your hand and a variety of strap configurations are available to ensure a comfortable fit.
