The new EVO is the first and only short monofin designed to teach swimmers to perform an effective dolphin kick, stimulate muscle memory and have an ideal body position in the water. We have achieved our goal of concevoir a monofins to help improve the dolphin kick technique by allowing the natural movement of the ankle. This allows swimmers to use the monofins for longer periods of time without decreasing swim pace and rhythm. With the short blade and separate holes for each foot, the swimmer easily adapts to the monofin and benefits from its performance. This eases the transition period for the muscles to memorize the new strokes and eliminate old habits.
